This new system will help walk you through training requirements for your organization.


If you have done training in the past and set up an account, you will use that same username and password.  Please click the ‘Sign In’ tab in the top right corner of this screen. 


If you are new to training, please set up an account.  You will be asked to complete all required boxes.

Please select the parish or school you are primarily associated with.

Select your PRIMARY participation category that describes what you will be doing in your service to the Church. Category descriptions are previded below for your reference.


A.  Pastor - A priest appointed to the role of pastor by the diocesan bishop.
B.  Parochial Administrator - A priest appointed to the role of parochial administrator by the diocesan bishop.
C.  Parish Life Coordinator - An ordained deacon appointed by the diocesan bishop to lead the daily operations of a parish and/or cluster.
D.  Clergy (not listed above) - All other clergy – active and retired – not holding one of the three titles listed in A, B or C above.

E.  Parish Director - A lay person appointed by the diocesan bishop to lead the daily operation of a parish and/or cluster.
F.  Parish Business Manager/ Administrator - A parish employee hired to assist with various operations of a parish and/or cluster.  Includes financial, general business operations and may include other responsibilities.
G.  Parish Secretary and/or Bookkeeper - A person hired to assist with the daily operation of a parish and/or cluster.  Specific duties will vary by location.
H.  DRE/CRE/Youth Minister - A person who individually or in a team organizes and oversees the parish religious education program.      DRE = Director of Religious Education     CRE = Coordinator of Religious Education
I.  Parish Employee (not listed above) - Any person employed by a parish/cluster who does not fill the roles listed in E, F, G and H above.

J.  Religious Education Catechist - A person who gives of their time within a parish and/or cluster religious education program to teach the faith to children and youth.
K.  Parish Volunteer - A person who gives of their time within a parish/cluster in a wide variety of activities.
L.  Catholic School Principal - The administrator of one of the Catholic schools within the diocese.
M.  Catholic School Secretary and/or Bookkeeper - A person hired to assist the school principal with the daily operation of a school.  Specific duties will vary by location.
N.  Catholic School Teacher - A person hired to teach children in the Catholic schools of the diocese.  Includes full-time, part-time, and substitute positions.
O.  Catholic School Employee (not listed above) - Any person employed by a Catholic school within the diocese not listed in L, M, or N above. 

P.  Catholic School Volunteer - A person who gives of their time to assist the operation of a Catholic school.
Q.  Diocesan Employee - Any person hired to work within the various offices and departments of the Diocese of Superior.
